Well, just knowing "trem." and "dental" actually go together is a
help. If I
find anything more out about what it means, I'll post it back to the
list.
Maybe it really does mean flutter-tongue.

Yes, of course it means to Flutter Tongue. A "tremello with the mouth"
is just what a flutter tongue is.
