Here in Sydney Australia too, we weathered 'the storm' quite well- a balmy
29 deg Celcius - higher temperature reduces the condensation in the
instrument, I always find.
We did see some TV pictures of the storm- mainly of thrill seeking
journalists trying to improve the station ratings......
