Dear Klarinet friends,
I belong to Rio de Janeiro Federal University, School of Music, Brazil.
As an acoustics especialist, I have started a project on mouthpiece=20
measurement, replication and manufacturing about two years ago.
Since then we have collected dimensional data about some high level=20
mouthpieces, including historical (baroque and classical) ones. Also, we=20
manged to produce some professionally aproved hand-made mouthpieces.
After some search I could not find any active mouthpiece maker in South=20
America, is that correct ?
I would also like to know about other people doing similar or complimentary=
=20
work on mouthpieces, for sharing technical information and experience.
Best wishes,
Leo Fuks
