The only store with an extensive range of sheet music is Blackwell's Music Shop
in Broad Street - on the other side of the street from the main bookshop.
The University music library is *not* open to the public. There is a public
(County of Oxfordshire) library in Queen Street, with unspectacular
holdings of sheet music, books on music and CDs. You would need some sort
of formal recomendation from a resident of the county to join.
