Unfortunately the good sheet music store in Oxford (Russell Acott) has
closed. Blackwell's have moved their music to a smaller building and
reduced their stock. Oxford no longer has a shop as good as Brain
Jordan's in Cambridge (10 Green Street, CB2 3JU, 01223 322368,
bj@-----. Maybe Jordan's is not as
good as it used to be.

The OU Music Library in St Aldates has a big collection of privately
donated flute music, (the Richard Northcote Collection??) The Music
Librarian is John Wagstaff. Open in term M-F 0930-5.30 vacation
10-4.30). The Bodleian Library (Broad Street) is one of the five
National Copyright Libraries (+ London, Edinburgh, Cambridge and
Aberystwyth)
