I am contemplating (like for the last 4 years) a Yanigasawa curved 990. I
like the way they feel as far as balance in my hands is concerned. Have
you ever played a curved soprano? The thing looks like a toy. I have a
friend who let me try his old curved Conn. It is stiff like the other
altos I tried, but it is balanced in my hands. I feel like I need a strap
with the straight models.
