One of my students asked me a question this AM that I answered but want to
run it by you all as well:

Why didn't the Greek Composers adopt the Classical Style of Composition when
the Classical Period of composition predominated Europe?

I answered because they wanted to preserve their Cultural Style and keep it
separate.

Any other answers to that question?
