I received several replies for the Clarinetist Teaching Rates Survey but
need many, many more (got about 20, need/want over 100!!). Please reply to
it - you can be a student or teacher :)

Here is the posting:

I'm the guy who did the International Clarinet Teachers Rate Survey in
1998 which is still in place on the Klarinet Site. It's time to revise it. I
started to early this summer but there weren't many replies as I guess
everyone was away for the summer.

So, here's the survey - please write me at david@-----.com or this mail
musicians@-----.

1.City and State of the teacher (or area that they teach)
2. Level that the teacher teaches (3-12 grade, college only, etc)
3. Schooling of the teacher if not a Univ Teacher
4. Rate the teacher charges by the 1/2 Hour or Hour

I'm not interested in names nor will names be associated with the survey. If
anyone has their teaching policy on computer I'd love to have and possibly
include tips with the survey so send that as well if you feel inclined.
