They tried to sell them in Costco last Christmas and I complained to the =
manager. I also wrote a letter to Costco letting them know how =
disappointed I was that they would offer something of such poor quality.

A big problem and a legal point of contention is that they box states that
they have SILVER KEYS which is just a stupid mistake or an outright lie.
