Ted Casher here: I have a Pete Fountain clarinet mouthpiece that works
perfectly on my Noblet C clarinet. I use it on only that particular
clarinet, as it is too close for my Bb clarinet work--jazz and klezmer.
Intonation is great, tone is clear, room for nuances.

My Bb mouthpiece is a Pomarico Diamond Mello, with a Runyon thin-patch, an
Oleg alto sax ligature (Oleg's clarinet ligature fits rubber mouthpieces
only!), and # 3 reeds----Vandoren V-16s or Olivieri. The Olivierei reeds
were on sale!

Good luck in your quest. I haven't really seen any mpces advertised for
exclusive use on a C. I suppose there is such an item somewhere....
