Some other pieces (besides the great ones Oliver mentioned) include:

Babin - Hillandale Waltzes - There is a recording of this with John Yeh as the
soloist with the DePaul Wind Ensemble. Highly recommended. It has some
technical spots.

Weber - Concertino - I'm sure you know this piece already but might have not
heard it with band accompaniment.

Mendelssohn - Concertpiece No. 2 - This, like the Ponchielli, is for two
clarinets and band. Moderate level.

Barker - Concertino - I don't remember where I heard this, but I have and its
a really nice piece. Very audience accessible.

On Robert Spring's CD, "Dragon's Tongue", there are several pieces he performs
with band accompaniment. The only one I can remember at the moment is the
Rossini - Introduction, Theme and Variations. All of the selections from the
CD are pretty virtuosic - but in a traditional sort of way!
