I would appreciate it if someone who has a copy of: Mozart's Clarinet
Concerto, The Clarinetist's View by David E. Etheridge, which they
purchased prior to this year would contact me. There is a blank page in
the most recent printing and I want to confirm that there is actually
missing text before I jump all over the publisher (again!).
