They're both the same passage (with the first and second clarinet parts
inverted). The notes you've cited are correct (for B-flat clarinet - the
original parts change to clarinet in C at measure 88). The slight and brief
dissonance caused by the C-sharp (concert pitch) as it "rockets" up from the
pedal Cs in the trumpets and the descending passage starting on C in the
bass instruments, I think you'll find if you listen to it from somewhere
outside the orchestra, is really quite mild and resolves very comfortably.
The concert E (F-sharp in your part) in the 1st clarinet part at 301 is not
responsible for the dissonance - unless you're hearing the tritone with the
B-flat in the bass line for half a beat. The overall harmonic motion is from
C7 (I7 becoming V of IV) in the measures you've cited going to F (IV) in the
following ones. The C-sharps are just chromatic passing tones that add
forward drive. No problems.
