It looks rather like the support that a friend of mine designed and had
his father make for his French horn, and which he always uses when
seated. For many years he had a lot of trouble with his back; but then
he had Alexander lessons, and in fact trained to become an Alexander
teacher.
The support was the other part of the cure.
