Anyone familiar with L. Weiner's Serenade for small orchestra?

I caught the end of it on DMX on the satellite service (Solti: The Last ?,
Budapest Phil.) The ending was a very interesting clarinet part. I don't
have any recollection of having played it or even hearing of it.
