Subj: [kl] Request concerning extraneous material in Klarinet messages

In the most recent klarinet digest, Issue 4734, there were 49 messages,
totaling an almost mind-boggling 144 kb of material. Among all this
verbiage, probably something like 10% to 15% represented new
contributions to the discussion. All the rest consisted of re-sending
previous messages, including entire digests, and sometimes 4, 5, or 6
re-sends of the footers at the end of earlier messages.

It seems to me that it really would be more useful list, and a more
pleasurable experience to read it, if we could delete much of that
extraneous material before sending messages.

For me at least, any consideration that could be given to this matter
would be very helpful and greatly appreciated.
