Gordon Lewin is a British clarinettist & composer living in England. He may
be contacted through www.cassgb.co.uk as he is a vice-president. I know he
has quite a considerable collection of arr. for 4 Bb`s and a bass, as I have
played some of them, but whether he would be willing to let you have (or
purchase) copies is something I`m not sure about. I don`t think he has
published them, prefering to keep them mainly in manuscript form for his own
use at his weekend clarinet seminars. I would advise contacting CASS first
of all, to ask if they would be willing to forward your mail onto him. It`s
a long shot, but you never know - - - -
