Shameless plug: I'm an amateur composer, but FWIW, I wrote a clarinet
quintet a few months ago (not about Kafka or the unfortunate Gregor Samsa,
despite the title: I had moon moths in mind):

The sheet music, which can be listened to online and printed out free of
charge, consists of one master score and the extracted parts for two
clarinets in Bb, one alto clarinet (or basset horn; both parts are
available), one Bb bass clarinet and one Bb contrabass clarinet. If anyone
performs "Metamorphosis," please let me know.
