The goal, of course, is not to bite "too hard" on the throat notes either.
Ideally, you shouldn't need to make a conscious embouchure change as you
cross from throat notes to the long ones. If you were "biting too hard" on B
and C before, are you still pinching A and B-flat?

Just another step to consider in the process.
