Chantelle asked about Canadian schools; I teach
clarinet at the University of Toronto so I'm not an
"outside opinion" but I think we have a great program
with excellent teachers and opportunities. I have
taken lessons with Wes Foster in Vancouver and he is
indeed a terrific musician. UWestern Ontario has some
commanding teachers there and several Montreal
Symphony players and Lori Freedman on bass are at
McGill. Chantelle email me for more info privately and
I'd be happy to chat further,
