Ted Casher here: The person in Greenfield, MA is Richard Hurlburt. At last
report he is still with us, and buying, selling, and otherwise dealing in
woodwind instruments. Dunno if he is teaching---he is well into his senior
citizen discount eligibility. Talked with him last year, and he is a
compendium of musical resources around that part of the world.
His number is in the book.
