The University of Western Ontario, McGill University, University of British
Columbia and University of Toronto all have excellent music programs. I was
a Mmus candidate at the University of Western Ontario prior to service with
the USAF Band of Flight at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.

I'm sure this question has been asked many times before, but if anyone has
any suggestions on the best Canadian universities to study music, I would be

forever grateful! I'm going into my last year of high school and I am
planning on pursuing music ed. I live in Manitoba, so I'm considering the U
of M for convenience, McGill and U of Victoria. Any comments or advice
would be very welcome.
