Martha,if I were you--I would repair the Bundy. Unless you're loaded with money, just repair what you have and save your money. I play on a 25-30 year old Bundy in my local community concert band, as well as take lessons. My teacher, Kathy Smith let me try her Buffet R-13 and I GOT HOOKED!!! My finances are such that I am lucky if I can pay bills and I work TWO jobs.I can't afford a new Buffet and can't find a decent used one. So, we are both in the same boat. Cindy
