Here are my 3 favorites:

Luyben (www.luybenmusic.com) Annette Luyben is very knowledgable and can
usually get things even if they aren't listed in the catalog. Call up to
verify prices on things though because the price list isn't usually very
current.

Jeanne (www.jeanne-inc.com) Not quite as extensive as Luyben but they have
a large collection of orchestral clarinet parts as well, they also have
online credit card ordering.

Dorn (www.dornpub.com) Another very large selection similar to Luyben.
