As the network administrator for my company, this is the bane of my
existence. This is why the computers in my office don't function don't very
well and it's all up to me to fix them. Nancy, did you take drivers
training before you were allowed to drive a car? did you read the manual
before programming your VCR? Are people who operate heavy machinery
required to take some sort of training before they get on the machine? Yet,
people are not only allowed to use a computer all day without knowing how,
but are encouraged to. AOL is all about this. It's designed to be used by
people with little to no computer literacy. And it's the largest service
provider in the US. Maybe you should consider taking a computer course at
your community college. A little extra practice never hurt anyone.

Have a Nice Day!!
Wendy :)

What would help me would be an insurance policy for security purposes. But
we all know where this would lead. Medical insurance is enough of a mess
without adding computer insurance. It would be nice to be able to take the
computer to the computer doctor or have people available for house calls
for this purpose though. Do you make house calls? I have a laptop that
needs some
work too! ;>)
