Hi O,

No, I do not have perfect/absolute pitch. I was just wondering if I learned
absolute pitch from one of the ear training softwares in the key of C would it
screw me up on my Bb clarinet. But your comment on intervals seems to be the
answers I was looking for. That's where absolute pitch would really come in
handy on the clarinet.

Also, Anne's comment on learning simple songs in different keys seems like a
very good idea too. And of yes, I must keep up with my work on scales and
chords.
