Dan
Your new book sounds like lots of fun and a great read. I promise to buy it
and not just because I believe you capable of additional punishments than
the ones you list for not buying/reading the book . I even promise not to
await its arrival in paperback . Start thinking about movie rights and all
those royalties coming at you.... You're going to be so rich you'll have
to buy all of US pizza and beer when you come to visit!

Congratulations Dan!!
