DC-Art is a pretty good program, but I've found it to be quite buggy
(although not as bad a DART-Pro). Steinberg Clean! Is pretty decent as
well. Algorythmix Sound Laundry is also pretty good. Sound laundry I
believe requires you to use an audio program such as Steinberg Wavelab =
or
Sonic Foundry Sound Forge that can accept Direct-X plugins. Cool Edit =
Pro
(now under a new name and being sold by Adobe) has some pretty good
restoration plugs as well and is much cheaper that a lot of other =
programs.

To get into the computer, the Sound Blaster stuff will do the job, but =
isn't
wonderful quality. You may have better luck with a sound card by Echo =
or
M-Audio. Don't forget your turn-table needs a preamp to bring it up to =
line
level that is accepted by all of these audio cards.
