Dan - I an SHOCKED at the thought! Grofe *clearly* wrote that the part
should be played on bass clarinet in Bb. Given your prior postings on the
subject, I'm flat-out astonished that you (of all people!) would disrespect
the composer's intentions in such a flagrant manner.
