If you are considering all of those Vandoren mouthpieces, including the
5RV and M13, you really should consider the M-30. I have stopped using
my 5RVLyre, having sold it to a student. I now use my Clark Fobes San
Francisco and my Vandoren M-30. The M-30 is supposed to be sort of a
cross between a B-45 and a 5 RV. I had been using my 5RV Lyre for many,
many years but am much happier with the Clark Fobes San Francisco and
the Vandoren M-30. ANNIE
