I'm wondering... you can tell here that I've never used tuning rings -
I've always gotten by with either procuring a longer barrel or simply
pulling out until something fell off! ;-)
Anyhow, how about washers - you know, the sort from the plumbing supply
stores? I don't know if they carry them in the right dimensions
anymore, but I've seen them inside - believe it or not - my mice's
drinking water bottles! I am thinking of simply trying these just to
see if they fit. Can't hurt as long as they come out of the barrel -
and I definitely am NOT going to glue them in!
