Unfortunately, it is not something you can just "add" to an existing
clarinet. The tone hole is drilled THROUGH the tenon and it makes the
lower joint a bit longer and upper joint a bit shorter to work all that
out. In fact, it is pretty hard to get clarinets with that feature any
more. They are special order items if available at all. Leblanc does make
one, but it is only available on ONE model. I am not sure about anyone else.
