I also made myself a bass tuning ring for the middle joint, Walter! Because
when I would pull there, the weight of the instrument would always make it
close back up. I made it out of a plastic spoon.....I broke off a section that
was curved, and just stuck it in there! Isn't that crazy? I bet yours is
really professional......
