Dear Erik,
Many people have used the single lip embochure and the double lip
embochure. They are both good embochures. You have to use the one that
works best for you. Double lip embochure works best if you are sitting
down. I have found that it is very hard to stand up and play double lip
for a long performance or for a concerto. Maybe some people can stand
and play all the time, but I can't. So I use single lip embochure since
I stand to do much of my performing. ANNIE
