Saxophones are tuned by pushing in and pulling out the mouthpiece on the
neck cork. Perhaps the cork is too compressed and the mouthpiece will not
hold firmly where it needs to be for tuning? A tech can fix that for $10
in 10 minutes. The C and C# COULD be affected by the same problem. C#,
though, is a problematic note on saxes generally.
