Two years ago I took my granddaughter to see "The Sound Of Music" at the
Lyric Theatre in Baltimore. The Lyric is a grand old opera hall with about
1500 seats. The show was in March during "March Madness" and the U/MD
Terrapins were in the game (college basketball playoffs for those who
aren't acquainted). There were many people with hand held TVs (no
earphones) watching the game while the show was in progress. It was
annoying to say the least. It perplexes me how people can be so selfish.
