Subj: [kl] Graphics of altissimo fingerings
Date: Thu, 24 Jul 2003 19:58:41 -0400

All,

There are graphics file of altissimo fingerings (and a blank "clarinet" for
marking fingerings with a 2-bit text processor) for download on my Web page
at users.adelphia.net/~bmcgar.

There are four links for the fingerings. The GIF link contains .gif
graphics, the TIFF link contains .tiff graphics, and the HTML link contains
HTML files of an index page (with tabs for each note) and it's related
source files for use from your browser. The Microsoft Word version has the
fingering pasted in a document.

I've also left the tuning charts that I posted some months ago in two
formats on there, in case anyone still wants them.

Before you download, please note that the TIFF files, when unzipped, are
particularly large (about 18MB each), so unless you intend to print them at
very high resolution, you'll be better off grabbing the .gif or HTML files.

Also, I have a set of these files in Visio format for editing. If you would
like that file and have a high-speed connection, e-mail me and I'll send it
to you.

DISCLAIMER: I threw this together in a hurry, and haven't checked each
fingering for accuracy. There may be an errors, and every horn is different
anyway, so please don't flame me if one of them doesn't work on your horn.
This is a free-bee; you get what you pay for.

I hope these will be useful.

B. McGarvey
