I never said that Borders sold Tijuana Bibles. What I did say was there
was a scholarly volume on the history of Tijuana Bibles and that
included complete reprintings of about 100 of them, one of which was the
one with Benny Goodman.

It's not protocol to ask how much one pays for their instruments. The
alto clarinet is essentially a band instrument where as the basset horn
has quite a different history. Take a look at any of the books about
the history of the clarinet and you will find oodles of stuff on the
instrument.
