This is carelessly put. Though some editions provide a clarinet part
that contains only the solo material, there are several editions that
give the entirety of the work, including the clarinet doubling the first
violins at unison or in octaves in the tuttis -- plus of course 'Solo'
and 'Tutti' markings.

In the *scores*, all Mozart concertos contain a part for the solo
instrument in the tuttis -- but it is unusual to play it, or at any
rate, much of it.
