Could you be a little more clear here? What movement are you referring
to and why have you asked this question about a basset horn, or do you
mean a basset clarinet? What precise measure numbers are you referring
to?

I meant the final measure (or two) at the end of the 3rd movement. I
don't have a copy of K.622 (and I have never attempted to play it), so I
don't know measure numbers.

I said "basset horn" in error. It would be good for me to hear a
complete & precise definition of basset horn vs. basset clarinet vs.
extended clarinet. I've attended a K.622 performance with a clarinet
described as an 'extended clarinet', but the instrument was different in
(both) joints and in barrel. I thought that the usual "extended"
clarinet had only a longer lower joint. So I don't know where to draw
the line between the three classes of instrument?

Returning to the point under discussion: I'm comparing my memory of
one particular artist (whom I've heard perform K.622 twice) with the 4
or 5 recordings that I have. I hear a substantial difference in the
clarinet's loudness (prominence, compared to the orchestra) during the
final bar or two. In live performance, the clarinet seemed to be the
primary instrument during the final measures, leading the orchestra to a
grand conclusion with a flourish. In the recordings, the clarinet is
silent (or not distinguishable from the 'tutti' orchestra) during the
final measure or two.

I'm not asking which is "correct" --- especially given that there is no
manuscript with Mozart's or Stadler's own markings. But (I believe?)
that various editions agree about some aspects of K.622, and I'm asking
whether the clarinet's prominence during the last two bars is one such
detail or not?

....that's a lot of words for just one question. I hope I haven't left
anything ambiguous.
