Hi all!

I have a technical question I hope someone out there can help with. While
recording my recital Wednesday with my Sony minidisc, it flashed 'blank disc'
when my friend pressed the 'stop' button at the end. It had been running fine
during the recital and he said it read 'record' in the window. So I did not get
the recital recorded.

This happened to me one other time, back in May, recording a band concert. On
both occasions, the recorder was running off power from the adapter, not its
battery. I have never had it happen when I used the battery for power, but I
have done many recordings using the adapter where this did not happen, notably
two G&S singouts where it recorded all day with no problem.

Any guesses about what is going on here?
