03-66 Temp. Instructor Positions
School: Applied Music, West Chester University
Description:

Fall 2003 - Spring 2004

Instructor of Clarinet and Saxophone - to teach applied clarinet ,
saxophone, and single reed class. Artist level performer, masters
degree and/or commensurate experience required, previous teaching
experience at the university level preferred.

Instructor of Orchestra and Conducting – ½ Time Temporary Instructor,
to conduct the symphony orchestra and teach conducting classes.
Strong emphasis in conducting, masters degree and/or commensurate
experience required, previous teaching experience at the university
level preferred. (Please include a video-tape of conducting with
application materials.) Fall 2003 only

Assistant Marching Band Director - 1/4 time, must be available
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 2 PM - 5PM, and for various football
games and special appearances,. MM in Music or equivalent
professional experience, experience charting, designing, and teaching
Corps Style drill, music rehearsal experience or at least the high
school level. (Resume, cover letter, and list of phone references
required only).
