Your post confused me a little - neither 2RV nor B45 are Selmer
mouthpieces - they're Vandorens. There's no reason to buy a Selmer
mouthpiece just because you're buying it for a Selmer 10. There's lots of
discussion in the archives about mouthpieces - once you find out how to
search for them the opinions and options are quite varied.
