I love how they wrote this: it's pure Personnel Department. "Only highly
qualified applicants should apply"? Do they expect some guy who plays his
squeaks off-key in the subway to walk in and ask for audition time?

Its simple Ken, they only want someone who is already in a similar position.
No jumping from a 4th rate Orchestra to a 1st (they barely want someone from
a 2nd for that matter). So someone who is already playing Principal in a
high level position who is not green or just out of College...... - or who
plays like Ricardo ;) Bottom line is that they won't waste their time
listening to "almost" players.
