This would seem to be straight forward?
XOO XOO - for the Bb
XXX XXO - normal low A. I haven`t tried it, but with an exceptionally
flexible/responsive reed and finger control you would have it. Otherwise it
may be that a harmonic "squeak" for the Bb close to the low A fingering is
the alternative. And I am not versed in too many harmonikikikikiks - - - -
