You could probably find a studio that would do this kind of work for
$25-$30/hour depending upon the part of the country you live in...

For any recording you care about, I'd suggest having a pro do it... They
will have better equipment and most likely, they'll have ears that are
better trained for the kind of listening you need done. Most importantly,
you'll be able to concentrate on playing rather than worrying about the
recording.

Even though I do high-end recording, I still hire others when I'm playing.
I absolutely do NOT record myself when I have to play.
