I agree! I took 14 years of piano, including applied piano in
high school AND college, and although my hands don't reach an
octave, which is very limiting to me playing piano, I have
gotten IMMENSE conceptual knowledge of pitch from piano, which I
would not have gotten on a wind instrument without a LOT more
work.

And by the way...I'm ALWAYS this onery short guy, regardless of
in person or online <wink>. WHOM do you want to be today? (Could
be a new slogan, like the Microsoft "Where do you want to go
today.") Maybe it would breathe life into AOL? LOL!
