The reason I haven't provided a fuller explanation is:

1) I don't know the interest level and
2) In any case imaginable the current Klarinet list would still exist

Someone asked me off-line if it would be an "elite" list; by no means would
it be "elite", but would (hopefully, depending on moderators) be a bit more
on topic and "slower" when it comes to the ... repartee.
