Whilst I know you invited responses off list, you haven't explained to
this list why you are seeking to create an elite (if that is indeed what
you are seeking) or how you see this list going if all the "serious"
talk goes on another list.

I'm not saying you are right or wrong, please don't get me wrong, But I
think that your years involved in this list would lead you to a fuller
explanation of what is in your mind.
