Thank you very much, as always, for the information you provide, Mike.
I was quick to correct the mis-spelling of Judith's name partly because
she was always very fastidious about her first name.
Anyone who made the mistake of calling her 'Judy' immediately received a
peremptory, "Jud-ITH!"
